✅ SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian Citizens only.
- Cut-off Date: Age, qualification and post-qualification experience will be counted as on 31.08.2026.
- Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for reserved categories.
- Contract Period: 5 years (initially 3 years, extendable by 2 years at the Bank’s discretion). Either side may terminate the contract by giving 3 months’ notice or 3 months’ salary in lieu thereof.
- Teaching / training experience will not be counted. Experience of less than 6 months will not be considered (as applicable).
Advt. 24 – Qualification & Experience:
- DVP (Analytical Marketing & Campaign): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science or related field + minimum 10 years post-qualification marketing experience in e-Commerce / Banking / Fintech / IT / consumer-facing company.
- DVP (Digital Marketing): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing or related field + minimum 10 years relevant marketing experience.
- Content Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Advertising or related field + 5–7 years hands-on experience in content production / digital operations / creative coordination (preferably financial services / regulated industry).
Advt. 25 – Qualification & Experience:
- Head Sales: MBA / PGDM + preferred CFP / CFA / NISM V-A / NISM 21-A + minimum 15 years sales-team experience in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / AMCs, including 8 years leading a large RM / Team Lead team.
- CRT (Product Lead): MBA / PGDM or CA / CFA + preferred NISM / CFP certifications + minimum 5 years in Equity Research / Products in Wealth Management / AMC.
- Manager (Business Process): MBA / PGDM + minimum 5 years in Bank / Wealth Management / broking, with experience in wealth-management business processes.
- Project Development Manager (Technology): B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MBA / MMS / PGDM + minimum 4 years in banking technology, preferably in a business function.
- COT Support: Graduation (PGDBM preferred) + minimum 3 years in financial services / investment advisory / private banking / wealth management, including 2 years in Central Operations of Wealth Management.
✅ SBI SCO Salary 2026:
Annual CTC is negotiable and generally comprises fixed pay plus variable / PLP as per Bank terms:
- DVP posts (Advt. 24): Upto ₹63 Lakh (about 80% fixed + 20% variable)
- Content Specialist: Upto ₹19 Lakh
- Head Sales: Upto ₹1.99 Crore
- CRT (Product Lead): Upto ₹77.20 Lakh
- Manager (Business Process) / Project Development Manager (Technology): Upto ₹47.20 Lakh each
- COT Support: Upto ₹37.20 Lakh
Final CTC will be decided after interview and negotiation, subject to experience and current emoluments.

- Shortlisting of applications
- Interview (100 marks)
- PPT of 5–10 minutes on the relevant job profile (for Deputy Vice President posts)

Merit list will be prepared in descending order of interview marks. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher. Final engagement is subject to successful CTC negotiation, document verification and medical fitness.
