✅ Customer Service Associate Job Profile:
All the normal and routine duties of the Clerical cadre staff and for performance of which no special pay shall be payable.
✅ Age Limit:
Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years as on 31st March 2025.
The Upper Age relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PwBD.
✅ Pay Scale:
₹ 24050 - 28070 - 33020 - 41020 - 57400 - 61800 - 64480 (20 Years)
✅ Educational Qualifications:
(a) Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university as such by the Central Government.
(b) Computer Literacy - Operating and working knowledge in computer system is mandatory.
✅ Sports Eligibility Criteria:
Sportsmen who have represented their State or Country in National or International competitions, or who have won medals in:
- Junior National Championships
- Khelo India Youth Games (above 18 years age category)
- Khelo India Winter Games
- Khelo India Para Games
- Khelo India University Games
- School Games Federation of India (SGFI)
For Chess:
- Grand Master (GM) or International Master (IM) Titles
- Chess Olympiad participation
- National Team Chess Championship medal performances are considered.
Sportsmen who have represented their University in Inter-University Tournaments or State School Teams in National School Sports/Games.
The sports qualifications/achievements must be valid from 01.04.2022 to 31.01.2025.
✅ Application Fee:
(a) ₹ 750/- for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates.
(b) ₹ 100/- fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
(c) The fee should be made through online payment mode using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc.
