✅ Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/Ex-SM as per Govt. rules.
✅ Monthly Salary:
₹ 60,000/- per month. (Monthly Fixed Remuneration – Consolidated)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Geology (12 Posts)
- Qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc.Tech in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Earth Science/ Exploration Geology/ Mineral Exploration/Geological Technology or equivalent (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in mineral exploration.
✔️ Geophysics (5 Posts)
- Qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech/ M.Sc.Tech in Geophysics/ Applied Geophysics/ Geophysical Technology or equivalent (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in geophysical surveys.
✔️ Drilling Engineering (2 Posts)
- Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in core drilling using hydrostatic rigs for mineral exploration.
- Desired: Knowledge of directional drilling, SAP PM/QM Modules, and rig repairs.
✔️ Mechanical Engineering (2 Posts)
- Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in engineering workshops or diamond bit manufacturing.
- Desired: Knowledge of SAP PP/QM Modules and CAD-CAM experience.
✔️ Business Development & Marketing (1 Post)
- Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in General Management (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in business development/marketing.
- Desired: Financial proposal preparation and due diligence expertise.
✔️ Finance & Accounts (1 Post)
- Qualification: CA/ ICWA or MBA/ PGDM in Finance (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in financial accounting, cost accounting, or auditing.
✔️ HR (1 Post)
- Qualification: PG Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management or MBA/ MSW/ MMS (HR) (UGC & AICTE-approved).
- Experience: 2 years in HR functions.
- Desired: Experience in organizational development, change management, or learning and development.
✔️ Medical Doctor (1 Post)
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2 years as a practicing medical doctor.
✅ Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates based on academic credentials, relevant experience and suitable expertise, will be called for following selection procedures:-

₹ 100/- for General, EWS and OBC candidates.
No fee for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-Serviceman candidates.
The fee will be paid through Bank Challan.
