PGIMER Chandigarh Recruitment Notification November 2024 for 134 different Medical Posts: The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh invites online applications from eligible Medical Professionals for filling up of 109 posts of Senior Residents, 10 posts of Junior / Senior Demonstrators in different specialties and 01 post of Senior Medical Officer (Casualty in Emergency) in the PGIMER Chandigarh and 13 posts of Senior Residents in different specialties and 01 post of Senior Medical Officer for PGI Satellite Centre, Sangrur, Punjab for a maximum period up to 03 years. The closing date for online registration of applications is 24th November 2024.

✅ Age Limit:
Upto 45 years as on 24/11/2024.
Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Central Govt. Employees, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD.
✅ Pay Scale:
Senior Resident and Senior Medical Officer: Level-11 in Pay Matrix with a minimum of ₹67,700/- + NPA.
Sr. Demonstrator (Medical): Level-11 in Pay Matrix with a minimum of ₹67,700/- + NPA.
Sr. Demonstrator (Non-Medical): Level-10 in Pay Matrix with a minimum of ₹56,100/-.
Jr. Demonstrator (Medical): Level-06 in Pay Matrix with a minimum of ₹35,400/- + NPA.
Jr. Demonstrator (Non-Medical): Level-06 in Pay Matrix with a minimum of ₹35,400/-.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Resident:
- Medical qualification as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (including qualifications under Part-II of the third schedule).
- Registered with Central/State Medical Council.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/MS) or equivalent in the relevant specialty from a recognized university/institute.
Senior Demonstrator:
- M.Sc. in the relevant subject.
- Ph.D. in the concerned or allied subject.
Junior Demonstrator:
- M.A./M.Sc. in Health Management, Health Administration, Health Economics, or MPH.

✅ How to Apply PGIMER Chandigarh Recruitment 2024?
➢ Eligible Candidates should apply online through PGIMER Chandigarh Online Application Portal - Register Manually. The Candidates must provide the required details to receive a User ID and Password. These will be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive both on their registered email.
➢ Once received, candidates can log in using the User ID and Password to complete the application for the SR/SMO and Junior/Senior Demonstrator Recruitment Exam - January 2025 Session. Ensure that the Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email Address are correct, as these details cannot be changed after registration.
➢ The candidates should upload scanned copy of Recent Photograph, Signature and other required documents / certificates.
➢ The last date for submission of online applications is 24/11/2024 up to 11:55 PM.
