Because of this server issue and the last-minute rush, most candidates could not register their online application forms by the due date of June 11, 2024. Therefore, the NER Apprentice Online Registration deadline is expected to be extended by a few days.

✅ RRC NER Apprentice Age Limit
Candidates must be between 15 and 24 years of age as of June 12, 2024. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and up to 10 years for Divyang candidates.
✅ RRC NER Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed High School/10th with a minimum of 50% marks and possess an ITI in the notified trade as of June 12, 2024.
Physical Standard: Selected candidates called for document verification must submit a Medical Certificate in the prescribed format issued by an authorized Medical Officer. Eligibility of Divyang candidates for particular trades will be governed by Railway Board guidelines.
✅ RRC NER Apprentice Selection Process
Selection of eligible candidates for training under the Apprentice Act, 1961, will be based on a merit list. This list will be prepared by averaging the percentage of marks obtained in both Matriculation (minimum 50% aggregate) and ITI exams, with equal weightage given to both. Candidates may opt for more than one unit/place; if their merit position does not permit their first choice, they will be allotted a subsequent choice.
Provisionally selected candidates will be called for Document Verification at Gorakhpur, based on the information provided in their application form. They must bring a copy of the online application, a Medical Certificate in the prescribed format, four passport-sized photographs, and all original certificates and testimonials for verification. Apprentice training for successful candidates will begin at the allotted Division/Unit.

✔️ Candidates must pay a processing fee of ₹ 100/-. SC/ ST/ Divyang (PwBD)/ Women candidates are exempt from this fee.
✅ How to Apply RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment 2024
Candidates must submit their applications and processing fee online through the N.E. Railway's online application form (apprentice.rrcner.net). Before submitting the online application, candidates should ensure their eligibility under this notification. The server will be open for online applications from 10:00 hrs on June 12, 2024, to 17:00 hrs on July 11, 2024.
