Manager:
Postgraduate degree in any discipline, but preferably in management, organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, or public administration from a reputed institution. Candidates with a PhD degree in the relevant areas may also apply.
Industry managers interested in working in an academic setting and contributing to leadership knowledge creation and dissemination can also apply.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with demonstrable evidence of exceptional performance and fit with the current position.
Excellent networking and communication skills.
Business development, fundraising, and the ability to build relationships with senior policy makers and industry professionals.
Assistant Manager:
Postgraduate in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations/ Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an organization or PR agency or mainline/business media publication.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using PR and content management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
