✅ NSIL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Chief Manager: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant discipline. Minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant discipline. Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant discipline. Minimum 08 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Company Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree in First Class or equivalent CGPA and Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Executive Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree in First Class or equivalent CGPA and Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 04 years post qualification experience.

✔️ Written Test
✔️ Personal Interview.
