APCOB Recruitment Pay Scale:
✔️ Manager: ₹ 36000 – 1490 / 7 – 46430 – 1740/ 2 – 49910 – 1990/ 7 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 63840 (17 stages) + 5 stagnation increments.
✔️ Assistant Manager: ₹ 26080 – 1230 / 2 –28540 – 1490/ 12 – 46420 – 1740/ 2 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 57860 (21 stages) + 6 stagnation increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale.
✔️ Staff Assistant: ₹ 17900 -1000 / 3 –20900 – 1230 / 3 – 24590 – 1490 / 4 – 30550 – 1730 / 7 – 42660 -3270 / 1 – 45930 – 1990/1 – 47920 (20 stages) + 9 stag. Increments of ₹ 1990/- each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale.
APCOB Recruitment Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Manager:
(1) Graduation of a recognized university.
(2) Knowledge of English and proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
(3) Knowledge of computers is essential.
✔️ Assistant Manager:
(1) Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized university with 60% aggregate marks or commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
(2) Preference to the candidates with PG as also with qualifications in discipline like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai.
(3) Preference will be given to candidate with computer knowledge
✔️ Staff Assistant:
(1) Graduate from a recognized university with 65% aggregate marks or commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
(2) Preference to the candidates with PG as also with qualifications in discipline like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai.
(3) Preference will be given to candidate with computer knowledge.
