✅ RFCL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
(1) For Engineering Disciplines: B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) / AMIE in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Safety / Materials or relevant discipline.
(2) For F&A: CA or CMA or 02 years MBA with specialization in Finance.
(3) For HR: MBA/ Integrated MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years duration in HRM/ Personnel Management &
Industrial Relations.
